Charlie worked for a large regional firm practicing commercial litigation before he joined the San Diego firm Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat, (known after 2005 as Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP) where he practiced for 28 years. During the firm’s last 14 years, Charlie served as its Managing Partner while maintaining a full-time litigation practice. During his tenure, the firm was routinely awarded the highest accolades in San Diego, including continuous recognition in U.S. News Best Law Firms and California Top Ranked Law Firms.
